"we were charged six dollars for a safe we did not ask for or use. there were five of us staying and we left a note everyday for 5 towels. we were only left 1-2 towels and 1-2 rags. we had to go and ask for extra ones everyday. we were sent ourselves to other rooms to get clean linen."
